All submitted manuscripts undergo preliminary editorial screening within 3–7 working days, followed by independent peer review, ordinarily completed within 2–4 weeks. Authors may be required to make revisions before a final editorial decision is reached.

Accepted manuscripts are normally processed for publication within 1–2 weeks after final acceptance. Processing or publication fees do not guarantee acceptance or influence editorial decisions, which are based strictly on scholarly merit, originality, quality and compliance with the Journal’s standards.
